Rated 5.0 I work for The Pet Vet in Frisco, TX. We are a very busy, full service hospital open seven days a week. We are completely dependent upon our computer systems to operate. This weekend our server crashed, and we were instructed by our software support team to contact a local computer support company for assistance. I found Soho Logics by chance, and they are phenomenal! Jason cleared his Saturday schedule to evaluate our situation and immediately went to work to get us up and running. Jason kept in contact with me all weekend and was available everytime I called with a question. This was the best customer service experience I've had in a long time! We will definitely be using them in the future.

I recommend all of their computer repair services to personal friends that own businesses, family, or even anybody just looking for a little computer help.

Rated 5.0 bottom line: i'd never worked on a computer and Jason remotely helped me do it. i've never worked on a computer before and was pretty leery. after talking for 30 minutes or so, i'd decided on the parts to buy. then, once they arrived, they remotely talked me through the installation of a new video card, memory, and two new HDs. all in all, awesome customer service.
