Rated 5.0 Used Garudavega service to send package from Karnataka, India to USA. I had opted in to pickup package from home. The associate came on time for pickup, individually screened all items, thoroughly packed every item, made notes about contents, safely double packed the box and shipped it. The package was delivered with no damages in a week. Very happy with the service. It's a reasonable cost and quality of service is great. I certainly recommend it.

Rated 1.0 Worst service.. I will not be using GarudaVega service to ship from USA to India again. Service was good until i book the shipment and paid a huge amount for shipment. Once the package reached destination, we are charged a hilarious amount on the name of customs duty which is more than the cost of goods and shipment. All i heard from its customer care is nothing except that it is due to customs duty. Disappointing and frustrating service. Will never ever use the service.
