Rated 4.0 I like Geeks on repair. When I called and spoke to the point of contact, named George, I thought he was helpful & empathetic. They sent a service man out to assess and analyze the problem. The service man told me the problem, and George helped me identify how to order the part that needed replacing. When I had issues with the service man they sent me, they sent me a new one to install the broken part.

Rated 1.0 Took a contact as a tech to fix a machine. I performed the on site repair, collected payment for the geeks, and submitted my invoice to them. They never paid and stopped returning calls and emails. 8 months later and they just called again to send me on another job. I told them they still owe money from the last client and they are playing dumb. Buyer and technician beware, this is a complete scam run by a couple people with a phone who simply con local tech's into helping their clients.
