Rated 5.0 How do I begin to sing the praises of Bob at Geeks On The Go! Our IMAC computer hard drive crashed & we lost everything! We brought it to the Apple store & they said they couldn't fix it but told us to bring it to their referring store. That store couldn't clone it but they said they could try another avenue for $1,600! We declined & with a heavy sad heart brought our computer back home. We were extremely upset especially with the fact we knew we had lost ALL our treasured pictures, our grandchildren's birth pic's & growing up thru the years, Holidays, family & friends, vacations & much more! Our Grandson had a problem with his computer& lost all his music. He told us to call Bob & was sure that he could fix the problem, so we gave Bob a call. We explained our problem & brought our computer to him. The next day Bob called & said things were going slow but he wasn't going to give up! Two days later Bob called with the most amazing news, he was able to retrieve ALL 4,000 pictures plus other files we had!! My wife & I were so happy & grateful to Bob for his knowledge & personal challenge to fulfill his promise to us. If anyone is skeptic about contacting Bob at Geeks On The Go, DON"T BE! Geeks On The Go is very reasonable priced & trustworthy! Bob treats you like one of his friends & you can be sure to be satisfied! Thank you again Bob! We've told our story to many people & will give out your name & number without any hesitation!

Rated 5.0 A-PLUS company.My nephew used it and the cost was reasonable and his laptop was ready in two days.BEWARE OF BERGEN COMPUTER SOLUTION.They do not fix what you ask them.They install external parts to your computer that you did not ask for.And they charge you twice the cost of the part.They have no knowledge of desktop computers.And when you try to reason with them,after they rip you off.All they do is threaten you and send you to collections.They have moved recently,probably because of all the complaints against them.They are a bunch of young arrogant men who think they know everything.They claim to be BBB credited.They are not.Just go on the BBB website.My mouse did not work when I got the computer back.I fixed the internal problem myself,but the internal part was never installed.So I will probably have problems again.

Rated 5.0 How often do you find a business that is both focused on fixing the problem and affordable?This company is amazing in that not only do they completely fix your computer issues, but they are not obsessed with charging a lot of money to do it. Instead, they are completely focused on finding the problem and fixing it. When I have had occasion to contact Geeks on the Go, I was desperately needing help ASAP. Bob took the time to troubleshoot on the phone, giving me some potential solutions for me to try myself.Both times that I have contacted the company, the problem was fixed, and I was also given several suggestions about how to optimize and clean up the computer to keep it running smoothly. This is an amazing find.
