I am a professionally qualified Music Teacher with over 11 years of experience in teaching Hindustani Vocal Classical & Light Music to people from various age groups. I am a disciple of the famous Playback Singer Shri Suresh Wadkar. I have completed Prabhakar in vocal classical from Prayag Sangeet Samiti (equivalent to Visharad). I am an established playback singer myself and have sung in Bollywood movies like Bajirao Mastani, Dedh Ishqiya, among others. I have also recently received 2 awards for my song, "Albela Sajan" from the movie Bajiao Mastani. I have given singing lessons at Ajivasan (Suresh Wadkar's Music Academy), Pawar Public School & NCPA, in India. I currently conduct my own classes under the name Surashree Music Classes. Teaching Music has always been my passion, and I try to teach complex concepts through easy-to-grasp and fun-filled lessons.
