Being a first time home buyer, I didn't have much knowledge about this process, so he spent a lot of time to explain a lot of things which were very informational to me. He had been always available for any questions or concerns. I did get the higher rate than expected but unfortunately I locked the rate when it was at it's peak. Manik did help me to get a lower rate than others who locked it around my time and also helped a little towards closing. He constantly kept me informed in the process of purchasing my home and provided his professional opinion which proved to be invaluable.

Rated 5.0 Manik was extremely diligent and helpful during the whole process. He understood our somewhat unique situation very well and figured out all the different approaches to get a good deal. None of the other firms were able to approve us for the loan range that we needed. He was able to complete the whole process within one month's time. All of the loan approval process was done electronically which was very convenient. Manik was in constant touch with us during the whole process, coordinating between the buyer, us and the loan approval department. We are very pleased with Manik's work and really appreciate the amount of time he spent on our case.

He worked overtime going above and beyond to not only make our dream a reality but he got us an amazing loan that worked for us! I wouldn't ever use anyone else and if we ever buy again he will be who we use! Not only is he very knowledgeable but he also makes you feel like a friend and that's rare these days in the business world. If we could give him 100 stars we would!
