Rated 5.0 I brought my laptop here after my keyboard half sopped working. It took Heroes and Geeks less than 24 hours to find a new keyboard and repair my machine. The price was also very reasonable: $60 including work and parts. This is definitely my new go to neighborhood lab!

Rated 1.0 Not a great idea to bring old laptop which your not sure whats wrong with it, I simply back out for the repair for thinking it would cost me more for an os, hard drive problem and software install maybe. They simply charge diagnose fee for 25$, even if that didn't do it... I just walk away didn't say anything about, thinking that take advantage out of it...
