Even went the extra step to update everything after a new windows install so I would be all set as son as I plugged it in. A++++ I will definitely be back if I have any other issues in the future.

However, I still had the connection issue once I returned to my hotel room. As of today, things are fine from any other location. Erik is a personable professional.
