Rated 5.0 Great online portal for Indian groceries. Have used them almost every 2 months for several years. I like their variety and it saves me a lots of time.

Rated 1.0 I purchased some food items from this website on March 26, 2020. At the time of ordering, the website gave me an estimated delivery date of two weeks. When I enquired via email on April 3, they told me that the order will be delayed by 10-12 business days. I asked them to cancel the order but they said they won't do that. Later they emailed me that I need to wait couple more weeks. I agreed to wait. Then on April 24, they emailed me that they cannot fulfill the order and have cancelled the order. They did not provide any information regarding refund. I emailed them to ask about refund status on May 3 but they did not reply. I have tried calling them on myltiple occassions in April and in May aswell. They have not answered my phone calls even once and since they are not replyingg I am without refund and absolutely no information when they will provide refund.So basically after two months, I have neither received the order and nor the refund
