I have worked on two projects with John and Janet and aside from being genuinely nice people who always have time to chat, they have tremendous patience to work with you and ensure the finished article is exactly what you are looking for. My first project was to re-purpose the stone in my engagement ring. I had no idea what to do with it - I just knew I never wore the ring as it was - but after chatting with me for a while, Janet set the stone in a necklace I already owned, a very simple and unique design that suits me perfectly but something I would never have thought of. I love it and wear it frequently. The second project was adding small stones to a bracelet that had great sentimental value.
