Rated 5.0 I was always disappointed ordering online, as in previous experiences, the colour, fabric and fittings were and are not usually what they looks like on the Internet ... I was extremely delighted when I found an outfit that I liked through JADE's online store. I decided to take a risk and ask Jade to customize an outfit, all through whattsap conversation. The power of text.It was a crazy expensive risk, especially as I live in Canada, and had never visited the store, however my gut instinct told me to do it. When i received, the outfit, the quality, colour and style was exactly how it looked on the model. The fitting was the only part hich needed some adjustment, and JADE were extremely helpful in getting this fixed. My experience would not have been the same without the help of Bhavika, the store Manager. She was absolutely fantastic! No words can describe how wonderful she made the entire experience for me and made sure that every girl should feel like a princess wearing a JADE Coutour gown.

Firstly I am very much impressed with the immediate response..aparna sambamurthi (ur team member) has helped me so much with the whole colour swatch..she is very friendly,extremely helpful and dealt with so much of patience through out the order...lots n lots of love to ur team

Rated 5.0 One of the worst experience ever !! Was not up to the mark. Ruined my wedding outfit was not delivered as promised... And isn't worth the money. My outfit was not worth even 40000 for which i paid 105000/- they didn't exchange the outfit when it was their mistake.. Service was very poor i was very disappointed . The outfit was disgusting and not worth the name Jade Unnati shah
