About Jalsa Cooking Classes
Jalsa Cooking classes, you will be invited to be part of the family, and learn to cook the dishes in our home the way we had learned. You can be a beginner or an expert cook but our sessions promise you an excellent experience.We will share the techniques of traditional Indian cooking and teach you how to make Indian meal from start to finish. Every session will include introduction to spices along with tips and tricks. Together, we will cook dishes, have fun and enjoy a sit down meal. Drinks are BYOB.Classes are held in our private kitchen in Rockville, MD. All recipes will be shared with you so that you can try them in your own kitchen.You can choose from one of the options below or create your own custom classJoin us for a wonderful cooking session with your family or friends.

Rated 5.0 This is a wonderful experience and Dipali is just an amazing chef, making everything, and I mean everything, from scratch. Extremely yummy food - great for celebrating birthdays, showers or any other event if you love Indian food. She does great regional Indian food, i.e. food that you don't get a regular Indian restaurant. I recommend her highly!
