Rated 3.0 At first rates were good. The following year rates went up $200. Now I'm going into 3rd year n has gone up again another $200. Not liking how every year goes up so now looking into going elsewhere. Going up $400 in 2 years is not what I expected!

Rated 3.0 Not too happy, one of the customer took 3 days to get back to me just to update a quote. She never called me back as she promised, I have to be the one calling everyday to tell her I was waiting for feedback. I said if you can't help me let me know then I can go to another allstate agency, because the lady I had before they gave me to your agency never treat me like this. The lady replied was "whatever" "that's fine with me".
