Rated 5.0 I've used Jason and his team to sand and refinish 40 year old Oak floors. They did a great job and I used them again to install, sand and finish new solid Oak floors at 2 residences. Jason makes sure I'm happy with the finished product and has been competitive in his pricing. K&M does tile installations as well: my brother has used them several times for tile jobs. I also had K&M install new carpet and pad in a condo. Jason had a great price and a excellent product. He's my go-to guy for flooring.
