Kalahari Resorts & Conventions

Rated 4.0 So much fun! Ton of really cool slides! Lifeguards all over and VERY diligent! They obviously have had a lot of training. The food was overpriced but that's typical for Resorts of any kind. They could use some help on the one restaurant because we waited so long for just a pizza and also, the checkout cash register people we're super slow. There was a huge line. Rooms were great! All the employees we met for wonderful. We would definitely go again, although I'm not sure when because the place is super expensive to stay. Kids of all ages will love it!

Rated 5.0 I visited this resort a few years ago and it felt as though I stepped into a trip to Africa. The sculptures the elephants, the gorillas, all of the amazing artifacts and statues transported me straight to Kalahari. The water park is amazing for families, especially the ones with small children that go stir crazy in the winter and want to play in the water..... It even has a floating river..... Well worth the trip. There is also an entire art exhibit dedicated to Nelson Mandala at the bottom of a beautiful sculpted tree. I would highly recommend the journey for the place transports you somewhere you could never imagine going.
