Rated 5.0 Tour wasn't terribly interesting. Glad I did it, but won't need to return. Disappointed to discover that they no longer seem to make my favorite specialty truffles. Also, I recommend going earlier in this he day: more than half the factory was already closed or cleaning up by the time we toured at 3:30.
