KIM'S MAINTENANCE

Rated 5.0 Kim is more than a handyman. Over the last 20 years that I have known Kim, he has helped us transform a 60-year-old home into our personal paradise. He detects problems, comes up with solution alternatives, advises on aesthetics, and cost, and is remarkably good at completing projects on time. Kim's quality of work has amazed my friends some of whom are professional engineers and contractors. Kim has fixed little problems like swapping out electrical outlets and painting to complex projects like re-modeling our bathrooms and kitchen. In all my experience of dealing with home maintenance, I have not had a more reliable, trustworthy, and cost-effective resource than Kim. When a problem is beyond my ability to solve, I would call Kim, he would commit to a date and I can count on it being solved on budget and on time. There is no guesswork for me with Kim. Kim has moved from the SF Bay Area where we live to Dallas. Our loss here is the homeowner's gain in Dallas. We miss Kim but we are happy for the lucky homeowners in Dallas who can benefit from Kim's incredible work ethic and versatile handyman skills.
