Rated 5.0 Extremely satisfied with the service the company is providing- Next day delivery + Quality sourcing. I have used their service twice now with complete satisfaction. The first order had a minor issue; however the important peice is that they promptly followed up with me personally through it's complete resolution. Cannot complain in these testing times. The second delivery was flawless- they came when they promised they will and each and every item was exactly as expected. I will be using their service again and again.

      • 1. If there is anything wrong with your delivery/order, when should you notify KiraanaDelivery?

        Immediately. You should send an e-mail to KiraanaDelivery right away as you notice the problem or concern with your order/delivery. Also, we highly recommend taking pictures and including them as part of your e-mail to strengthen your situation. Also, in case you can't do it right away, we recommend you get your concerns sent to our e-mail address no later than 48hour from receiving your delivery. Thank you for your understanding and hope you understand our reasons for asking to report problems right away as we are in the food business, and we would love to help you in every situation.

        • 2. How do I know if you ship to my location?

          Please refer to our Delivery Info tab to verify if we deliver in your city/town/zip code and timing of delivery.

          • 3. How do I know what day you will ship the order?

            "Please refer to our Delivery Info tab to verify delivery days/timing in your city/town/ zip code. Please note that any order placed on or before 3 pm will be delivered on the same day and any order received after 3 pm will be delivered on the next scheduled day.?"

            • 4. What happens if the item runs out of stock after the order has been placed?

              We have a feature called Replace with Best ChoiceAs a customer, when placing an order, you have an option to select either Replace with Best Choice or Don't Replace with Best Choice based on your preference.If you select Replace with Best Choice, we will replace the out-of-stock item with the best quality similar match replacement item.?If you select Don't Replace with Best Choice, we will NOT replace the out-of-stock item. Instead, we will remove that item from the order and provide a customer refund for that particular item.

              • 5. How do I know when the shipment will arrive?

                Most of the orders will attempt to deliver Next Day. Usually, orders will be delivered between 11:00 AM to 9 PM. Orders placed before 03:00 PM will be attempted to be delivered on the next day and order after 03:00 PM will be delivered the following scheduled day. On scheduled day drivers may come any time between this time window. We will usually give you a call 15-30minutes before arriving at your doorsteps.

                • 6. Do I need to stay home to receive the shipment?

                  Yes, we expected you to receive the order. If it�s not possible to please leave us a note to drop the parcel at your doorstep. You can add a comment while placing orders. In case you forget to add the note, please feel free to e-mail us at KiraanaDelivery as soon you come to know and our team will be happy to give you a call and accommodate for your special circumstance.

                  • 7. Is it possible to drop the parcel at the security desk in case I am not available to pick?

                    Yes, please leave us the note and will hand over the parcel at the security desk. We assume that you understand the risk for frozen and or dairy product contamination if kept at room temperature if your order contains as such products.

                    • 8. What if I need to rush out and unable to receive the shipment?

                      Please inform us before 3.30 pm (before we dispatch) and will deliver the order on the next scheduled delivery day without any extra charges. In case it's a last-minute emergency, please feel free to e-mail us at KiraanaDelivery as soon you come to know and our team will be happy to give you a call and accommodate for your special circumstance.

                      • 9. What if I need to rush out and unable to receive the shipment or inform you?

                        "We will redeliver the order with Extra Delivery Charges on the next scheduled delivery day. If it was an emergency for a valid reason we may be able to waive 2nd attempt delivery charges.?"

                        • 10. What is the return/refund/cancellation policy and how does it work?

                            "No, you are not required to have a PayPal account when purchasing from Kiraana Delivery. We are just using PayPal as our debit/credit card processing partner to accept your payment via secured SSL methods. If you choose to create a PayPal account it's up to customers so that they don't' have to reenter their credit card number every time but if you don't feel comfortable then you not required to have a PayPal Account. "

                              Great question and it's really easy. All you have to do it click on the "Checkout with PayPal button and then you will have the option to either login to PayPal or underneath button called "Pay with Debit or Credit Card.
