We had a bit of situation going on with the property that we wanted to purchase, two people on the title, another as the gifter, and then accommodations with closing date. Let alone that I did a lot of research and Kruti provided me with the best interest rate at zero cost ( meaning the lender credits compensated for the lender fees ). Anyways, Kruti was super nice and helpful with our purchase. She did a great job and I would highly recommend her.
