Rated 5.0 This "New Management" is the best thing that has ever happened to this company. I had an incredible run of bad luck with my laptop. Turns out I not only had a bad screen but a bad motherboard as well. However both the Owner Matt and the Manager at the NY location Chris were not only understanding but very efficient in solving the issue. Despite the fact that I live an hour away, I would come back if another problem occurs (I pray one doesn't!). I also highly recommend this place to anyone looking for help when it comes to computers. Good Job guys :)

Rated 5.0 I went to LaptopMD in Morristown NJ -- wonderful fast service! I took my 5 yr old MacBook Pro in -- I thought it was goner but Tom replaced the hard drive and my computer system and now it is good as new. He also made sure that all of my software was working properly --I highly recommend!

Rated 5.0 Forget the "Apple Geniuses", these guys are the real deal! Completely, catastrophically crashed 2008 MacBook. These folks had it back in my hands in a couple hours, new hard drive installed and a clean install of OSX performed. And the price was crazy cheap! This was the Morristown NJ location. It's the only place I'll take my damaged kit from now on.
