We reached out to Matt (Desi Beatz Entertainment) after seeing him perform at a couple of family parties. Matt was responsive to our initial request for quote. He walked us through the process and provided a fair cost for his services. He came out promptly to perform a site survey. On the day of the event Matt was on time and had all his setup ready to go before the guests arrived. Lights, Sound, Music and the Photo Booth were all a hit! Whatever I say is not enough for how accomadating and proffessional Kabir is. From the first call, he was super friendly, responsive and willing to help make the event the way we want it. I think we had a pretty complex evening with need for live streaming, some pre recorded speeches and need for projector, but he made it seem all natural and simple. He was in touch with me and my brother regarding multitude of itenary changes during the evening and really just went with the flow. As for the music and lights, amazing. High quality speakers, greating lighting, awesome fog machine and great beats thru the whole night, he was also playing all special request songs all evening. Wow, wow, wow, and one more time for the people in the back: WOW!!! DJ Kabir was everything and more we could have hoped for (and I was a wedding DJ for a spell so the expectations were high). We had a DIY reception-only affair (courthouse wedding last year), so we were looking for the music to not just be a mood setter, but capture bits of ourselves and our families. We wanted a little bit of all the good stuff, so much so it was almost hard to nail down a playlist. What would work, what won’t? Whats too niche or too new or to old gahhh!! This is where Kabir came in. His kind and warm demeanor really made us feel we were in good hands. He was available for any questions and was even kind enough to do a site visit beforehand. And then the day came. Firstly, what a set up! The lighting, the ambience! Secondly, what care! Kabir indulged us with a garba set that was supposed to be 15 miniutes and went 30. And then, MC Ishpreet! What an addition to the party. As Kabir tore up the floor, Ish’s dhol just amped up to the max. And what else to say? We danced and danced and danced. Every song was a banger, every beat felt like the apex. We danced for 3 straight hours and so did our guests ?across ages 3 to 80. Ankur, the dholi, brought in amazing energy and was a unique element to our reception. The lighting was great. ?The ?photo ?booth was very well done. The props were fun and there was something for everyone. We got the photos very soon after the event, and they are a great addition to the photos from our photographer.? Having Kabir and Ankur made all the difference to our celebrations. BEST DJ EVER for my Pakistani - Italian fusion wedding!! DJ Kabir is so friendly, cool and easy to work with. He made mixes for us from bollywood and western songs (not easy) for our dances and seamlessly played and blended a variety of songs at our wedding. There was not a dull moment on the dance floor. I think we had a pretty complex evening with need for live streaming, some pre recorded speeches and need for projector, but he made it seem all natural and simple. He was in touch with me and my brother regarding multitude of itenary changes during the evening and really just went with the flow. As for the music and lights, amazing. High quality speakers, greating lighting, awesome fog machine and great beats thru the whole night, he was also playing all special request songs all evening. I think i know who ill be calling and reffering to for all my DMV DJ needs

Kabir did an exceptional jobs as the DJ of our wedding. He is great at what he does -- he made our lives very easy for planning the details of music. His organization, calmness, and passion for what he does showed in how well the music and DJing was done for our wedding. We had a hindu/jewish/american wedding -- Kabir didn't break a sweat putting together music that fit perfectly to our occasions. I highly recommend Kabir and his team!

Best DJ ever...I told Kabir that my Indian/Jewish/Peruvian wedding needed to be a banger, and the man really delivered. We recently hired Desi Beatz services and DJ Kabir was simply awesome! This was for a birthday party and he made is memorable for us. Kabir is easy to work with and helped us with every step resulting in a fantastic high energy party. His equipment is state of the art, the DJ booth setup was really cool, lighting was brilliant and he worked with us for the music and complied a fun bollywood list mixed with english numbers. Oh and he has this cool looking Jeep that he uses for mobile DJ events. We will call him again for sure.
