Rated 5.0 My experience with Mr. Karlin of Los Angeles Funeral Service was very good. I entrusted him with all the details surrounding our recent loss and he was fair, competent and always low key/nice to work with. We had nowhere to hold the service, but the chapel that he provided was good and convenient to our guests from out of town (close to LAX). We appreciated the screen to show the DVD that we had made. I would like to recommend him for his calming demeanor and reasonable price.

Rated 5.0 My family has used the compassionate and caring service of this funeral service company, headed by a very fine man, Rob Karlin. First we used Mr. Karlin's services when my dear father passed in 2005. More passings of beloved elders in my family followed: two aunts, a father-in-law and our mother. In every death we received the most attentive and helpful care from Mr. Karlin and his associates. Because most of our family elders chose burials, we held funeral services at Forest Lawn where they were buried. Mr. Karlin and his team did a wonderful job of taking care of everything connected to mortuary services and the funeral - retrieval and preparation of the body, caskets, burial vaults, flowers, memorial plaques. The results were dignified and caring handling of our elders' remains, and beautiful funeral services we envisioned. Two family members chose to be cremated and wanted memorial gatherings at our homes; again Mr. Karlin took care of body retrieval, cremation, urns and personal delivery of our loved one's remains to us. In all instances, all family members were very happy, pleased and satisfied. Los Angeles Funeral Service also provides its services, caskets, urns, etc at very reasonable rates without sacrificing any quality or selection. We highly recommend Rob Karlin and Los Angeles Funeral Service.

Rated 5.0 I have worked with Rob and his team at Los Angeles Funeral Service several times over the past few years. They have been extremely kind and compassionate and have never tried to upsell me or tried to take advantage of the situation which many funeral homes and casket companies try to do. My family has several relatives buried at the big name cemeteries that do provide full service, however the pricing was double compared to LA Funeral Services. I highly recommend this company.
