Rated 5.0 I will always highly recommend Malak Jewelers, would rate them 6 stars if I could. So personable and so helpful, and they make sure their customers are happy. My fiancé got my ring from Malak and I brought it in a little later to get it resized. Because of the style and the diamonds on the band, it was going to take longer to resize. We have our engagement party in less than a week so this was super disappointing. Sam said they could make me a sizer/bumper made personally for my own ring and that they could have it done the same afternoon, and then we could come back after the party and do the resizing. I agreed and came back 3 hours later when I got the text that the sizer/bumper was done, and to my surprise, they had my ring resized for me, free of charge!!! I almost cried I was so happy and so surprised. 10000% recommend!

Rated 5.0 Malak is simply the best! My husband bought my engagement and wedding ring from them 7 years ago. They were the only jeweler who weren't trying to over charge and under deliver and it was a breath of fresh air. My rings are gorgeous and I still get compliments! Since we first shopped there, my whole family has fallen in love with Malak. My parents and sister have also become loyal customers and have always been treated with the same care my husband and I were. Not to mention, they have gotten beautiful, well made jewelry. Not only that but seven years later, Malak is still taking care of me! I recently needed my ring inspected and resized and they took care of it for me. I can't recommend them enough!

Rated 5.0 My husband purchased my engagement ring at Malak jewelers in 2012, Sam worked with us helped us select the exact ring I had imagined. We go back every once in a while to have it inspected and cleaned and we have taken other pieces there to have repaired and cleaned as well. Every single time we walk in there Sam recognizes us and always makes us feel welcome. We have recommend them to everyone we know and we would never go any place else. I have returned again to see Sam at Malak Jewelers and once again I am absolutely thrilled with the service. If you've never been to Malaks you need to go. The service is over the top and the prices are great!! I'll never shop anywhere else.We have returned recently, my husband purchased me a pair of white gold and diamond hoop earrings and a diamond tennis bracelet. We have not been in since 2020 when my husband purchased me diamond and emerald earrings and a diamond and emerald ring set in platinum, I’ve never been more comfortable in a jewelry store as I am in here, Sam helped us again this past visit but all of his employees are friendly and knowledgeable.We love Malack jewelers wouldn’t purchase anywhere else.

And when I lost a diamond out of a ring we bought one time, they kindly took responsibility and let me pick something different. They will take care of you! Rated 5.0 I visited Malak Jewelers on Jan.18 to get a new watch band. They were busy, but welcomed me with a smile as they always do. The Sales Associate, my apologies, I don't recall his name, was a most pleasant gentleman and so accommodating offering me bottled water. After determining how long it would take to have the new band put on, the Sales Associate got my information and said the watch would be ready the next day. He gave me the ticket and I thanked him and left. It was an awesome experience, and I genuinely feel as though the employees at Malak Jewelers' customer care and service far surpasses any other jewelry store in Charlotte! If you want quality, fair prices and that extra special treatment, go to Malak's Jewelry. Oh, by the way, the Sales Associate called me before I got home after just drooping it off and told me my watch was ready! Thank you, Malak Jewelers!!

Rated 5.0 I've been to the store a handful of times to have some custom rings made. Every single time I've walked through those doors, the environment is so cozy and pleasant. The whole team is sweet, professional, and truly cares about your satisfaction. Even if you're not buying anything, and just getting an idea for the future, they still treat you with the highest level of compassion and respect. I cannot recommend them enough, especially for custom pieces! They'll do their absolute best to get you the best pricing without compromising quality in any way. I give my thanks to each of the wonderful people of this store for all the time they have given me, and I look forward to what I can work on with them next!

Rated 5.0 Beautiful store, huge selection of jewelry of all kinds. I enjoyed several glasses of wine while I shopped. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I met the owner while I was there and he is a super nice guy. I would drive an hour to Charlotte anytime to do business with him. He has a large selection of beautiful authentic south asian jewelry. He also carries the Forevermark Black Label Exclusive Collection of diamonds. If you are shopping for a diamond, something unique, something simple or anything in between, you definitely need to visit Malak Jewelers before you go anywhere else. Happy Shopping! :)

Rated 5.0 My experience in the store was amazing! Although I most likely wasn’t dressed appropriately to be in the store as a construction worker. They treated me with a lot of respect and kindness! I have been to other different stores that I have been given looks as soon as I walked in the door but not here! From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed into the store and instant help from one of the employees. I went in for “push gift” and honestly I thought the idea of a push gift wasn’t real but after talking with the staff it is definitely real! Not only did the staff and manager help me find a push gift but also helped and educated me on different cuts of diamond and jewelry that I want for the future! Because of several issues with my rings, the best option was to have the diamonds placed in new settings. I greatly appreciated the help I received throughout this process. It can be unsettling making such a large purchase online without seeing, inspecting, and feeling it in person. Before pulling the trigger, Malak Jewelers was recommended to me, so I went over to check them out. I showed them a picture of the ring I had been interested in online and they had the same setting in the store! Mr. Sam assisted me in viewing and comparing different stones. I never felt pressured to purchase their diamonds and left to sleep on it. I returned the following week and purchased the perfect engagement ring! Mr. Sam was kind, friendly, courteous, and truly cared about the customer. I felt much more confident in my purchase being able to see the diamond and setting right in front of me. Rated 5.0 Malak Jewelers and its employees are amazing. We actually stumbled upon them on accident over a year ago and I am so glad we did. My engagement ring came from a jeweler in Utah, but it was originally too big and we needed to get my finger properly sized to send it back out for resizing. The local shop we were going to walk into was closed, so we searched for the nearest jeweler that was open and that's how we found this place. Even though we explained that we didn't buy the ring from Malak and were not looking to buy anything at the time, Sheila was incredibly friendly and helpful, helping us to figure out my correct ring size. We were not pressured to buy anything and it felt that we were treated with the same care and attention as if we had been a paying customer.Once it came time to start shopping for wedding bands (about a year later), we knew we needed to come here. We came twice before buying our bands and both times Sheila was great. She is really knowledgeable and had some good suggestions and advice. We were greeted by other staff and even offered champagne or something else to drink each time we came in. When I came in to pick up my band, they even cleaned my engagement ring for me and said I can come in any time to get it cleaned and inspected even though I did not purchase it from them.Overall the customer service and warm atmosphere at this business is top notch. My better half wanted something other than a diamond, and Sam worked with me to make the perfect ring. The quality of the stones and craftsmanship were significantly better than competitors, and the final product was less expensive than anyone else could quote me. It was perfect. Since then, we've stopped by to have the ring re-sized a half size and cleaned - which were both done in a timely fashion and of course with great quality. I will recommend Malak to anyone in the Charlotte area and will certainly return for any further jewelry purchases, even though I've moved to another part of NC.

After going to countless other jewelers, we decided to check out Malak Jewelers based on a recommendation of a family member. This was the best recommendation I have ever received! While our experiences at other jewelers felt impersonal and sometimes downright hostile, it was a night and day difference from the moment we walked into Malak Jewelers. They treated us like a long time friend or family member, and the experience was a shining example of how customer service should be.Sam made us feel comfortable and in control of the decision - guiding us when we needed it and actually listening to what we were asking for. Rated 5.0 I asked to see a 1 to 1.25 carat round triple excellent SI1, D to F color. I've done extensive shopping for diamond price comparisons and the worker was incredibly unprofessional and rude. For a family owned jeweler how are you that condescending to a potential customer? "There's no way we can sell it for that price". "You don't know what you're talking about". My bad you can't get the prices I can from Wisconsin. I never asked for a price match and it's none of my business what your profit margins are as a customer.

This ring is everything I wanted and I didn’t know it was possible to do with the diamond we came in with.Update: I have had my ring for 7 months and I wear it every day doing dishes and playing sports so naturally, the diamond got a little lose. I went back to Malak to have it tightened and they brought it back right away, tightened and cleaned it, and returned it to me within five minutes. They offered me a drink as soon as I walked in and I was happy to have a coffee. All of the staff was so friendly and professional.

My insurance company referred me to Malak Jeweler and we couldn't have been happier with the service and the result of the repair. The repair was done in a timely manner and the ring (which had to be entirely remade due to its age) turned out exactly as the old one only stronger. We are very happy with the results and look forward to doing business again with the kind people at Malak jewelers.

Rated 5.0 Two of my watches needed batteries and when I went online to see what was nearby, Malak showed a solid 5-STARS… but what really impressed me was the phone call I made in advance. Melody was pleasant and genuine on the phone. Not rushed or annoyed like you tend to get lately. When I went to drop off my watches (on a Saturday), I was greeted in a very friendly and professional manner. The store is very clean and bright. I was very impressed at how they estimated my repairs and gave me a claim ticket while explaining I would receive a text on Monday when they were ready for pickup. On Monday around 2pm, sure enough I received a text. When I went to pick up my watches, I was greeted again in a very friendly and professional manner. I gave my claim ticket and the woman who helped me was very nice complementing my watches and in a true sales and customer service focused way, showed me the collection of watches they have in-store. I was very impressed with this genuine customer service and also the opportunity to earn repeat business. I will certainly be back and I highly recommend them.

From the minute I entered the front door I was treated like family. I was helped by the dream team, Donna and Dennis. They let me take my time and they were genuine, not pushy like some. They literally went out of their way to accommodate me. After about 15 minutes the owner came over just to say hello, see how I was doing and if I needed anything at all. I enjoyed meeting Asaad Malak the owner. His number one priority is customer service and building relationships with new clients. An excellent businessman who knows his diamonds and definitely wants and values your business. I will recommend this place to all my friends and I will definitely be doing all my business with Malak Jewelers! If you are looking for beautiful diamonds at great prices, this is your place! Rated 5.0 My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Malak Jewelers. From the moment we walked into the store, I had a feeling that we would make a purchase at that location. The staff was warm and welcoming and very knowledgeable. We worked with Sam, who was patient and helpful throughout the entire process, especially while we spent a fair amount time trying multiple ring settings to find just the right one. The store had a wonderful selection of beautiful rings and a variety of settings. We narrowed down to two rings and I decided that I wanted a combined version. Sam worked with us to create a custom set and he did an excellent job working with the designer to match our vision. We received a CAD design via email, approved it and the rings were ready shortly after within the promised timeframe and they are lovely. The new rings are just beautiful, and I highly recommend Sam and Malak Jewelers.

We were met with the best and genuine customer service! Sam took time to listen to our needs and educate us on lab diamonds. Rated 5.0 We purchased an Opal ring with another vendor years ago and the opal had lost its opalescence. We came to Malak's Jewelers for help and get the opal replaced. They were kind and knowledgeable throughout the process and explained why the opal changed color to help avoid it in the future. They also quoted 2-3 weeks return time and the ring came back even sooner! The ring is beautiful and we are so happy with our experience, we absolutely recommend them and so happy they're a local business.

Rated 5.0 I brought my 40 year old wedding rings in to Malak Jewelers to have the bands enlarged. In order to do this, gold needed to be added. Sam also pointed out that the prongs were worn and should be reinforced. They did such a beautiful job! My rings now fit and look like new! And the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Malak Jewelers for any repairs; they also have a wide selection of gorgeous diamond jewelry.
