Rated 5.0 I first contacted Mamta around 3 years back for my preapproval letter. Being a first time home buyer, I was not very clear on what exactly I am looking for in terms of mortgage and hence, my loan requirements evolved over time. To add to the situation, pandemic came and I really struggled with home search dealing with various counter offers and rejections. However, Mamta showed excellent patience putting up with my ever changing mortage needs and had always been there to suggest me best mortage options available at that point in time. Now, that I have finally got the home, Mamta and her team members David showed excellent professionalism in providing service to me and made the mortage process execute seamlessly. Even during my closing, she was able to close my loan in less than 20 days. As a first time home buyer i was tensed/scared about the whole process and costs, but Mamata and her team were always there to explain everything in details and help me get good interest rate.
