You forget that he is running a business when he talks to you and explains everything down to the minuscule detail. He put in a lot of care and effort when it came to finding the perfect ring, the way I want. His effort didn't drop off after he sold me the ring, he continued to make sure I was completely and 100% happy with the ring from the purchase of the diamond, to the setting. The man knows his stuff, and won't try to up sell you and works with any budget and type of ring you want! You feel comfortable in his office and won't get pressured into anything. The turnaround was quick and painless and my fiance loved the ring! I got more than what I expected, in just the style that I wanted.
