I've gone years between visits, and every member of their family remembered me, and also ask how my family is doing. They also remember past purchases I've made. They are open about their pricing, even if they aren't the cheapest in town. They don't push items, but rather work within my budget. I can't say I've received this level of service at any other local jeweler. I can't speak for others who feel that their experiences were less than great, but do give this business a shot.
