Rated 5.0 I recently did a refinance with Montgomery Mortgage. I worked with Vibha Singh and Niru during this process. I found both of them very professional and they explained everything to me in simple terms. The rate that was offered to me beat the market by good margin when I requested the quote and they were able to stick to the same rate as well as closing cost estimate provided to me along with the quote. I already recommended them to couple of my friends and have no problem recommending to anyone out there. They are true professionals, very competitive rate and I was able to close within 30 days of rate lock without any issue.

Rated 5.0 Vibha and Cheryl at Montgomery Mortgage made the process of buying our first home incredibly smooth and easy! Both Vibha and Cheryl were extremely personable and quick to respond to all of our questions. When we had initially contacted Montgomery Mortgage for our pre-approval, Vibha responded to us within a a few hours with a pre-approval letter and had set us up with a fantastic realtor to take us around the area the next day! Vibha took the time to sit down with us and explain each piece of paperwork we had to sign for the mortgage application and made us extremely comfortable with the entire process. We purchased our home during one of the busiest times and Montgomery Mortgage helped us to close on our house within 45 days. Great company to work with and would definitely work with them again!!

Rated 1.0 In the initial stages of the loan process, Vibha Singh was very responsive, because she wanted to earn our business. Ones the loan application process started we worked with Cheryl. Things actually started to change when we decided to go with our own Title company. Chery's email responses to the title co were unprofessional & rude. Vibha wanted us to use the title co run by her husband. Tons of emails were exchanged to get the amounts corrected on the Closing Dsclosure (CD) statement, yet on the day of closing they pulled a surprise & dropped the lender credit amount by nearly $600. This was poor communication by Vibha & Cheryl, failure to do the duty of a loan officer. Vibha got paid upwards of $3500 for the loan yet she did not perform her role diligently. I would never refer her to anyone in my friends or family network.??

Rated 5.0 “At the last moment we changed our mortgage company to Montgomery Mortgage Solutions due to their better rates an no PMI option. We did not have much time to make the switch as our new house was getting very close to completion and time was of the essence to close once the CO for the new house was in hand. Montgomery Solutions had about one month to make this happen. Cheryl, Vibha and their Team wasted no time and pushed our loan through with no problem….even through the new government regulations with mortgages. We were pleased with the constant updates via e-mail which kept us informed as closing got closer and closer. We would highly recommend Montgomery Mortgage Solutions to anyone.”
