This means we hardly ever have to run for parts. Another way we save you money, is that Nathan, the Master Plumber, answers the phones. During the initial conversation, he can usually diagnose the problem via customer information and smart phone photos, if available. Therefore, our plumber can come to your home or business, prepared. If you call a large company, usually a secretary, with minimal to moderate plumbing knowledge, answers the calls. Then the plumber will come out to diagnose the problem. This usually requires a trip to the parts house, taking more time and money.
