Over a period of about 3 months i was shown multiple properties that were close to my requirements and assisted by the company in making offers but never quite made the cut However on property showed up and I was able to make an offer and within 24 hours it was accepted . Dan Hultman was able to get me to close within 2 weeks of offer and everything went very smoothly Great people to work with!
