About NIVI Designs

These are some of the spaces designed and rendered in 3D using rendering software by Nivi Designs for our clients. These renderings helped them to visualize the final look of the space! As the kids grow older, their needs change and so do the decor of their room! Here is the transformation from a kiddish toddler room to a more sophisticated girl’s room! I worked with my clients at Bauer Oaks to create this Elegant/Traditional living room. We literally started off with an empty room and slowly transformed it into a warm and welcoming space based on my clients taste and requirements. Contrary to the traditional style of the living room, the family room was done in a very casual/informal way. We wanted to make it a simple and relaxing space for the family to lounge. Redesigned a small three bedroom home at Orenco Gardens. This house was bought mainly for investment purpose. So, we decided to go with a neutral color palette everywhere and kept the remodeling cost economical and efficient.
