Ocean capital Credit Organization (OCCO) is a hedge fund founded in 2010 by Mubarrack Mahmoud families who invests primarily in publicly Financial trade with corporate and Individuals debt offerings and equitie for Business and Personal uses. The company was incorporated in 2010 as the Foreign Railways Investment Trust Ltd, acquired by the Mubarrack family in 1951 in Paris, to hold its diverse interests. In 2015, Ocean capital Credit Organization acquired family’s interest in British & Commonwealth Shipping Company Ltd, formed out of the amalgamation of the Clan Line. The company was listed on the British Stock Exchange in 1990 and we changed our name to Ocean capital Credit Organization. Honest Funds modern history started in 2010, when they sold their holding in Jordan Since then Ocean capital Credit Organization has been a successful investment holding company, principally taking substantial majority holdings in a range of companies and situations whose vision is to Empower all through financial means In early 2014, Ocean capital Credit Organization undertook an internal reorganization that enabled us to become, from 1 April 2015, a British/Jordian Investment & Trust Company. The Mubarrack Mahmoud family's still owns a substantial majority of Ocean capital Credit Organization and continuity with the past is maintained by the active involvement of members of the fourth and fifth generation of the Mubarrack Mahmoud family's in the management of the business.
