Rated 5.0 I absolutely LOVE Onyx!! The guys over there are always very professional, and they do a superb job especially "The Champ!" If anyone has a problem with a computer or iphone, I strongly recommend that you stop by the Onyx on Northside Drive, and ask for "The Champ". He's a genius at analyzing the problem and solving it quickly. Best Buy's Geek Squad is pretty good, but the guys at Onyx are Amazing!!

Rated 5.0 The convenience (i live in morningside)of Northside Dr. vs Lenox Square plus the great parking are big assets for me. I've always had my problems promptly solved. The atomsphere is calm, comfortable and conducive to communication. They tend to under commit and over deliver.

Rated 5.0 They fixed my Windows 10 upgrade. The automatic upgrade messed it up so badly windows couldn't start. Very happy with the service and would recommend Onyx. It ended up costing less than they predicted and took less time than they estimated. Great job!

Rated 5.0 I had a wonderful experience at Onyx Consulting. Your computer is just like your car, it is extremely important to keep it running and most of us don't know how to fix them. At Onyx you can feel comfortable talking to one of their experts. They are patient with questions and are knowledgeable with answers. Overall they are there to help you not take advantage of you. I will defiantly take my Mac Book Pro back there again, if more challenges arise.
