Pankaj is an experienced lender and manager of mortgage business since 2012. Pankaj is an expert in Private, Commercial and Residential lending for construction loans, purchase and refinance mortgages and has successfully funded $100+ Million in mortgage loans for 2016. Pankaj completed his BBA in Australia and for many years managed his own construction business after moving to Canada. Later, he joined TD Bank as a Manager in Residential Mortgages in 2012 and won many prestigious awards. After that he started his own Mortgage Brokerage Company in 2014 and in 2015 & 2016 achieved the Diamond Award. Pankaj is married with two young and active boys, loves to cook fancy meals for his family and volunteers with local political parties focusing on community issues as well as helps with fund-raising for charitable causes.
