Rated 5.0 I am a college student who was redoing a kitchen with a tight budget. I tried to talk to several plumbing services, but just getting quotes from them were a hassel. The first time I called Pann Home Services, they immediately set me up with a consultation on-site, as well as had me talk to a service technician about pricing immediately. When I finally met their technician (Rich T. was my man), he was exceedingly nice, very efficient, and very helpful. I am personally interested in learning about plumbing, and he helped show me some beginners tips/suggestions such that I can try to do some basic maintenance work in the future. He is an awesome person, and an equally as talented service pro.

Rated 5.0 As a past employee I can tell you this ! No matter what your experience they will bend over backwards to make it a good one ! I can also assure you unconditionally if some thing goes wrong and yes we are all human the owner will make things right ! He stands behind all work done and he gives his unconditional promise he will always make thing right ! Why , because his name is Michael Pann !!!

Rated 5.0 My ac broke down monday night so I called them tuesday at 7pm. I explained we have a baby and it was really hot for him. After a long time on hold they came back and told me they would send someone that same afternoon. They came over and fix the problem immediately. Im so thankful. Everyone in the company was helpful!
