As the population of Nepalese grows significantly in the nine states of New England and in its major metropolitan Boston, the need for its own temples and cultural centers for the continuation of its culture, rituals, customs and traditions is being diminished. In this regard, Pashupatinath Buddha Foundation of Newingland, PABFONE was established in the year with the purpose of establishing a temple of Shri Pashupatinath and a community building with the Buddha's stupa. Pashupatinath Buddha Foundation of New England (PABFONE) is a not-for-profit organization registered under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
