Rated 5.0 So after a little over two years of owning a cell phone my 13 year old finally had his first incident and dropped it shattering the screen. He was using the phone with the cracked screen for a couple of weeks but two days ago the LCD screen finally went as well and he could no longer use it. After checking numerous places to fix the screen/LCD (all were saying around $110) I found a place near me that only charged $59.99. The customer service there is excellent and the phone was fixed in 40 minutes fully tested. They can fix a lot of phones and computers. I highly recommend them. Zo is a very courteous and knowledgeable person. Some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time!

Rated 1.0 The screens they use are so cheap. I had my screen fixed there & my volume didn't work when i received my phone back. I also called and told him about it. & he said "that's not my issue". So i went somewhere else to get it fixed again & they told me "it's something the person before did wrong" & he couldn't fix his mistake because it was a massive mistake he caused.Also when my sister went to get hers fixed, her screen beganto come up after a few days. So she went back & was told he had to pay again. And when he fixed the phone that time her volume aslo wasn't working. I don't recommend you go there. NEVER!!!!!!

Rated 5.0 This is the second computer in our household that needed help. Turned out it was only a software issue cause by a recent Windows 10 update. Told me what to expect and when it would be ready. They did as described. Even giving phone updates letting me know the progress. You won't go wrong using PC EMT 24/7.

Rated 5.0 I have two teenagers that are constantly cracking their phone screens. This place is a great value, very thorough, super nice and they absolutely go the extra mile so that you leave happy! Also, very fast turnaround time for repairs. I would definitely use their service again and with two teens, I'm sure that I will.

Rated 5.0 Once again I can report an Excellent experience at PC-EMT. My family is a little rough on our phones. Fortunately we can always rely on PC EMT to fix what ever we break - and generally complete the work in less than an hour. Prices are great and customer service is second to none. Highly recommended.
