We hand craft our truffles in small batches with Belgian chocolate, local dairy and the best quality all-natural ingredients we can find. Pete''s Chocolate Co. specializes in hand-rolled chocolate truffles, which are unique in that they are not molded nor coated in hard chocolate, but rather shaped by hand and coated in cocoa powder, nuts, or chocolate shavings, giving them a smooth and delicate texture.
