About Plano Sewing Center
We have been serving the Greater Dallas area for more than 25 years. We take pride in selling and servicing the best sewing, embroidery and quilting products in the industry. We offer a wide variety of brand new and slightly used machines and back them up with an authorized and fully trained repair staff to keep your machines running smoothly. We offer one-on-one training classes for all products that we sell and also offer scheduled sewing, embroidery and quilting training classes for beginners up to advanced users. We also host several sewing, embroidery and quilting club meetings and invite you to stop by our store and inquire about joining one. In addition we offer software training classes for computerized embroidering machines provided by one of our fully certified professional training staff members. Regardless of your sewing, embroidery or quilting needs Plano Sewing Center is here to help you make all of your sewing projects a success. We pride ourselves on First Class Customer Service. We appreciate your business and are always here to serve you! Plano Sewing Center does in house repairs on most brands of machines. We don't repair computerized Bernina, Viking, Pfaff, Janome, Singer CE series embroidery machines. We cannot get parts for the computer machines as we are not a dealer. Please see below for information on what to bring with your machine for a repair.

Rated 5.0 Plano Sewing Center's staff is professional, helpful and problem solving! They went the extra mile to help me get my Babylock machine functioning properly . The technician's skill and experience allowed him to go straight to the problem without a lengthy delay and I was shocked to find it was less serious a concern than I imagined!. While I was prepared to purchase another used machine while mine was in repair , they did not seek to push and actually worked to save me the expense! They did show me a nice selection of machines that were tempting and ranged in very affordable, functional value to a step up for the more serious seamstress desiring a machine that almost does it all! Additionally, they accommodated my schedule due to a long distance commute and even stayed a little bit later than their closing hour! A refreshing experience of kind, efficient and servant hearted customer service that is very rare to find! I will recommend them to all my friends and plan to make my future machine purchases there! It's worth the trip to trade with Plano Sewing Center!
