Most important is they keep up their word on No closing cost on refinance ( which they have promised on initial processing ) . Team is extremely helpful ( Biju, Vipin, Albert ) answering the questions anytime and they were patience in explaining all the process and repeatedly supporting multiple queries. i would definitely recommend Prime Choice Lending on anyday. Rated 4.0 I would recommend prime choice lending to all my friends and definitely come back to them for any future finance/refinance needs. I refinanced with them when the market was not really favorable, but still Biju managed to guide me and get me a reasonable rate. I trusted him and he didn't disappoint. I had got quotes from at least 8 different lenders before him, but none could match his deal. Only downside is I had some challenges with some paperwork and getting right communication with regards to closing costs, but i think it was more to do with title company than the Prime Choice Lending. But always helps to be on top of the things and will be more mindful of that in the future.

Rated 4.0 Overall a good experience. Processed the loan pretty quickly within 3 weeks. The interest rates were better than most others and provided a 30 day lock also. The closing costs were little on the higher side than lenders compared. If you are a new home owner doing your first home closing, you will feel a bit stranded with the overall process as you are expected to know your stuff as there is not much hand holding. Typically for 80% LTV the escrow/impound is optional but the lender charged additional rate if you don't. Documentation upload was smooth and application status tracking was easy. The big benefit I look forward is ofcourse the option to refi without additional cost if rates go down, and they do look out for you and let you know instead of you hunting for it.

I am not giving 5 star this time, because the intrest rate agreed to lock is 4.75. Had an unpleasant surprise during my closing process that it is 5.25. Biju explained the situation as rates went up over night. But really does not justify and it cost me thousands of dollars more. I was told that the intrest rates may godown during dec 2022 and I can refinance and it will be zero cost for me. Hope that happen and save from paying extra $150 per month.

We reached out several times to get status updates and we found the response from his team was upfront and timely. He promised to get us an approved loan by a date, and hit that timeline in stride. Some lenders may require heavy nudging to reduce the cost of the loan. Not with Biju, he will let you know what he can do for you without the haggling others may require. Highly recommended!

I was working with Biju and he might seem like the busiest guy in the world, but he is for a good reason. Everyone calls this guy cause they know he will get you the best interest rate at the lowest cost. As a deal finder myself I keep a close eye on every line by line item and I couldn’t find a better cost than what was already quoted for the all the A, B and C parts of the CD. He takes it up on him to find the best way to lower your end of the closing costs. It’s like the broker is working for you and not the system and that’s the way it should be.

Rated 5.0 I should have shopped around for lenders before starting this process but I shopped around for lenders during the process. I feel i got lucky to get in touch with PCL my loan officer was Bikram Gill. He is quick at responding and explaining the process. I submitted the necessary documents to 3 other lenders but got the best and quickest response from Bikram. I also read the negative review about him and got little nervous at first but i didn't experience anything negative about his service at all. I was able to close before the closing date and with a rate and Lending credits that other lenders couldn't have matched! I really admired his dedication and frequent updates on daily rates (rates change like 3 times a day). More so, i was amazed to find out he had a baby on the way and became a father right before my closing!! That's something not easy to juggle, hats-off to this man for his dedication and for being my loan officer!
