Rated 5.0 Today I contacted Pro Tech Guy to remotely get on my computer to fix a problem. It was such a great process. I didn't have to travel anywhere! I just gave him access to my laptop and was able to watch him do his magic. Very knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to. Thank you

Rated 5.0 My experience with Kyle was great from start to finish. He returned our first call right away and was very accommodating to my tight schedule. My computer was overheating and the fan was really loud. He told me that I may need a new fan or just a cleaning. He preordered the fan just in case I needed it. We were able to drop off the computer on a sunday afternoon and he gave me the diagnosis result that night. I was able to pick up the computer the next afternoon. It was great to have such quick turnaround considering that I had to catch a flight on that Tuesday (computer dropped off on Sunday).

Rated 5.0 Appreciated how quickly Kyle helped to fix my Mac Pro keyboard when there was an accidental liquid spill. Provided great service and quick follow up when you call or e-mail him. Would not hesitate to recommend or use his services again. Nice to have someone providing local and personalized service!

Rated 5.0 I recently used Pro Tech Guy to look over, update and repair my laptop. I was getting tired of staging it on 4 coke caps so it wouldn't overheat. Not to mention the fact that it was so slow I could get a cup of coffee before it would log into the home page when it was turned on. Pro Tech Guy recommended updating to Windows 10, installing a SSD - Solid State Drive and replacing the fan (that looked like a small cat was living in it - he sent me a picture). I took advantage of all the recommendations and I'm so glad I did. My laptop is better than the day I purchased. The speed is phenomenal and it is actually staying cool. Now I just have to learn more about Windows 10. I forgot to mention that he picked it up and delivered it back to me in less than a week.

Rated 5.0 My laptop’s fan was racing and the bottom of my laptop was very hot to the touch. Kyle Kenyon (the “Pro Tech Guy”) felt he knew exactly what the problem was. It turned out that the fan was clogged with caked-on dust, so he cleaned out the fan and the heatsink as well as applied new thermal compound. My laptop now runs cool, the fan no longer races, and I am very happy with the result of Kyle’s work. I feel I was treated with the same efficiency and respect as one of his corporate clients, even though I am an individual laptop owner. The diagnostic and repair costs were very reasonable, payment was easy to make online, and my laptop was picked up and delivered back to me in a timely manner. I highly recommend Pro Tech Guy, Kyle Kenyon, for his expertise, efficiency, and professionalism.
