Hi Dipika, you helped my husband and I get a home a few yrs. ago. I lost my husband a few yrs. ago and cant afford the house but my credit score is bad. I've got some questions about the possibility of my daughter in law applying and using me as a co signer since her credit is better. It would be a first home for her and FHA or USDA was a thought. The loan officer freedom mortgage told me he could get me into a special program for low credit and because I"ve been a customer, come to find out, thats not available to me and he got fired last week! I"ve had financial help to catch up on on missed pmts, and I have an agreement to rent my home for a bit before I sell to this person (trying to help raise my credit) but I need out by end of month!
