Hi! This is Lakshmi Aleti. I visited your office last week for my bank card. I received an e mail from someone about my PAN card. I can’t open it. I need your help to decipher it. I also applied for a e-visa for my trip on December XX. I paid $XXX to the agency in NYC which represents India govt. They have no trace of my application. My credit card was charged on 9/X4/2XX8 for $XXX as directed. They claim to have not found my application. Meanwhile, I received an e-mail from India that they have my application and want me to pay for the appn. fee again. I want your help in resolving the mess and get the visa processed.
