She was able to work out the best price available in the market for us. She supported during our request of multiple pre-approval as well.

Rated 5.0 I was working with a different lender initially who tried to trick me and play scare tactics, also they tried to hike the mortgage rates and make me pay for things I didn't commit to. I then came across homelend mortgage team through a referral. I was hesitant at first as my closing was in 18 days and I was scared what happens if we are not able to make it. But what the team did is unthinkable. They were able to get me approval in 12 days(10 business days) which is insane. Radhika told me from day 1 that she'll get me the best rate and make sure the loan is approved. She was able to beat the rate by a whopping 0.5% with no additional points. In a world with so tight competitive rates I couldn't believe that was possible. But as the process went so smooth I still can't believe these guys stood up to their promise and made sure I get what I want. The process is very transparent and they are available to help you with your doubts whenever you need. I think their goal is simple at the end of the day all they want is a 'Happy Customer'. I don't have words to thank everyone who worked on my file. Radhika made my entire process so stressfree. She is a fabulous person and a very amazing lender. If you are out their looking for a lender trust me you will not find a better option than Radhika!!!

Rated 5.0 There is only one word to describe my experience, with Radhika, Gopal and HomeLend: SUPERLATIVE. From the moment I contacted first Gopal and then Radhika, I was treated like an honored guest, almost royally. I had plenty of questions, many somewhat elementary, but Radhika took the trouble to address each one patiently and politely. If she wasn't sure, she promised to get back to me...and she did, within a short time. Overall, my experience was 5-star. I recommend her unreservedly to anyone looking to obtain a mortgage.
