I had an unexpectedly complicated transaction with the selling of one property and the purchasing of another. All I got from the other agent was high blood pressure, stress, sleepless nights and headaches. Ramesh was his complete opposite. He never left me hanging and was even a shoulder to lean on when the other transaction was going so poorly and there was no communication from the other realtor for weeks at a time. I have worked with quite a few realtors between myself, my parents and my in-laws and have never felt that I was completely comfortable with any of them until Ramesh. I always questioned whether or not my realtors understood what I was looking for and if I was being pushed into a sale because the realtors wanted to make a commission.
