Namaste! Shaastriji is in a class of his own. We never had a specific need for a Hindu priest before and were lucky enough to need one for the happy blessed occasion of a new home Vastu Shanti Havan. We now consider him our family priest, a family well-wisher, and a friend. Clearly, Shaastriji is very qualified in terms of training, knowledge, etc. But what really sets him apart for us is who he is as a person. Throughout the process, from preparation to follow-up, Shaastriji has been approachable, kind, thorough, and a joy to have bless our home. He explained every aspect in ways anyone could understand, no matter the level of understanding of Hindu traditions, and he did so with ease, compassion, and in a loving manner...like you were in the presence of a family elder who wanted the best for you and understood the responsibility of using his knowledge as guidance to teach and involve you. Shaastriji was also very non-judgemental and patient, especially with our dog, who we adore to no end. He wasn't offended by her barking and made sure to bless her as well; she loved the atmosphere created so much that she kept returning to the puja room and sitting where she was during the Havan! The puja is one of our family's best memories; we are happy and blessed that he is part of our new foundation. Long story short, RECOMMEND WITHOUT ANY RESERVATION/HESITATION. The best pandit g I ever seen in USA. On time, explain everything abt the puja and mantra. Did a complete set of puja as u saw in india. Never demand or ask extra dakshina or money. Everyone was asking abt him he was tht good. I m going to call him only for any puja at my home. He is d best.

I requested Pandit ji to perform Yagnopavita for me. Pandit ji explained meaning and significance of each Shloka before chanting it. My family joined the pooja from India and they loved the whole procession. They especially like Pandit ji's explanation and clear chanting of mantras. Pandit ji also took care of all the material required for the pooja.

Shastri Ankleshbhai is really Vedic knowledgeable priest, which I was looking for, for my daughter’s wedding and he did an amazing job.

Shaastriji's provided fantastic hindu sanskar for me and my husband doing vow renewal ceremony. He did very good translation in english and brought all supplies. He listened to what we wanted and we felt very blessed. Would highly recommend, especially for mixed audiences.

We are so grateful to work with Shaastriji for performing land warming pooja this week, the site was 100 miles away from DC Shaastriji was on time and set up the initial works and started the pooja in time. Listening to his mantra in Sanskrit, Hindi, and explaining in English was a great experience it gives us peace of mind and comfort. Shastri ji responded to my text message promptly when I reached out to him for a housewarming pooja in July 2021. Our local Hindu temple priests aren’t yet visiting residential homes due to the COVID protocol but someone recommended to look online. I was so glad I found pandit ji who arrived on time even though it was a 3 hr drive one way and did an elaborate pooja. He didn’t rush anything and spread positive vibes and blessings through his pitch perfect recitation of Sanskrit shlokas. He is knowledgeable about the auspicious dates and timings which was important to my parents and in laws. We talked in Hindi and English and he explained everything about the pooja ceremony to my husband and I clearly. He even graciously clicked pictures for us and recorded a video for us!. It was a pleasure learning about his father and his family lineage as well as his educational background at the Banaras Hindu University. He is one of the most sincere people I have ever met. I won’t hesitate to request his services/blessings for any pooja ceremonies. Highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable. Panditji performed Satyanarayan Pooja for us. Communication was very clear and easy. Panditji accessed our requirement and gave us a list of items required for the pooja. Panditji explained the entire Pooja along with the background. Didn't rush to wrap up but ensured that every step is completed.

Shaastriji is amazing! We had to cancel our July 4th wedding due to the India travel ban since our parents could not come to US. I told Shaastriji that we are now just going to do a court marriage and not going to re-plan the event again. Shaastriji refunded our deposit without hesitation within a few hours of our phone call. We were impressed since most people would not have done that. Now coming back to the core part. He is extremely methodical and patient. He jumped on to 3 long phone/video calls (first with me, then with my parents and then one more time since my fiance had questions) even before we decided to go with him. Explained the ceremonies in detail. He even had knowledge of the minor differences in customs/ceremonies that different regions of Gujarat have and that made our parents feel very comfortable and confident that everything will happen by the book. He also written docs in English and Gujarati explaining all the ceremonies and for all the items needed for them. I strongly recommend Shaastriji! He truly touched us with his generosity and ethics and we are grateful to him.

Shastriji performed my mother in law's funeral in Gujarati. He also explained the process to everyone in English. We were particularly impressed with the resonance in his voice when he said 'Ohm' at the start of the funeral. We asked him to perform the 10th, 11th 12th and 13th day puja as well. He provided us a detailed list of all the items that would be needed and was very courteous in answering all our questions. We were very satisfied with the puja which took 8 to 9 hours in all to perform. He arrived on time and completed the ritual on time as well. He was very thorough, detailed, professional and highly knowledgeable.about our Hindu traditions and rituals. We were very satisfied with his services and wiould highly recommend him.

Shastriji performed my mother in law's post funeral rituals in Gujarati and English. The list of pooja items are provided way in advance and he was flexible on getting some items for us.
