Rated 5.0 Wedding is one of the most precious phases in a Girl's life. That's the time when you want everything to be just Right! 'Ritu Selects' has had a great role in helping me achieve it. My main wedding functions' and reception costumes were from 'Ritu Selects' and they were just fabulous. Even today I get compliments on them with people asking me about them and the boutique. I am overwhelmed by the feeling and the keen interest Ritu Bhat gave towards making of those costumes which made my event even more memorable. Looking forward to use more from your Boutique

No more going to Atlanta or New Jersey!!!!.....Ritu has great selection of clothing in variety of style and reasonable pricing. I love how you are always welcomed by Ritu with her fabulous smile! FAQ of Ritu Selects

    • 1. What are your shipping policy?

      We offer a $10 flat rate shipping via USPS Priority mail anywhere in the USA. We will provide you with a tracking number after shipping your order. For orders over $249 we offer free shipping.

    • 2. What is your Return Policy?

      To keep prices low we have a "No-return" policy. We encourage customers to try & verify outfits before buying. In case of exceptions, we accept returns if it was caused due to our fault.

    • 3. What is your Exchange Policy?

      We would gladly exchange within "10 days of original purchase with receipt". Items need to be in new/un-used condition and have the original label intact. Also items once exchanged cannot be exchanged again.

      Note: All Bridal/Prom/Custom/Made-to-Order sales are final. We cannot offer returns or exchanges on these custom made pieces.

    • 4. How do I exchange an item?

      We prefer you come to our showroom to process your exchange.

    • 5. Do you provide alteration service?

      We do not provide in-house alteration, however we have tied up with a local professional alteration specialist who offers special discounted rates on all our products. For custom orders, we make sure the outfits fit you perfectly and in-case of any issues, we provide the alteration for free.

    • 6. Why don’t I see your products online. How do I order Online?

      Due to the custom nature of our business, at this time we are not able to list our products online. We have hundreds of unique products and very less items that repeat which makes it difficult and time consuming to list them online. Also the online model would not do justice showcasing the exact quality of our products. We do actively upload pics at our Facebook site and on many occasions accept orders via Facebook. We are also happy to assist customer and process orders via phone/email.

    • 7. How comfortable should I be ordering products by looking at pictures posted online?

      We believe honesty is the best policy. We only post pictures taken by our photographers, of our original products exclusively worn by our models, We do not sell catalog items or low quality Bollywood replicas that flood the online retail market. Neither do we distribute items manufactured at bulk that looks good in images but lacks the detailing you need to look good when you actually wear them. So if you see an image of our products online (website, Facebook, Instagram) feel confident ordering them, you will the exact same product if available. Feel free to call/email us to discuss any questions you may have. We do not try to enhance images to make our products artificially look good.

    • 8. Why don’t I see discounts on your products & why No-Bargaining?

      We work very hard to keep our prices low and offer a stress-free no-haggle shopping experience.! We do not artificially inflate our prices, only to bargain and bring it down later or mark them down with deep-discounts. We also believe offering different prices to difference customers based on their negotiation skills is kind of cheating, you don't need to be a shopping ninja to get a great deal at RituSelects!

    • 9. Is there a consulting fee for Bridal, Prom, Custom or Made-to-Order outfits?

      There is no consulting charges for any kind of our custom designed outfit. We love what we do and are more than happy to assist you in creating a great design that works for your budget and taste. We only charge for the actual outfit and nothing more. We do require a partial advance payment (50%) to initiate work on any custom outfits. Also there is no return or exchange on any custom made outfits.
