Rated 5.0 I've bought and sold many properties over the past decades and Rohan is the BEST loan officer I've ever dealt with by far! I am so GRATEFUL I found him and will continue doing business with Rohan indefinitely. He is incredibly personable, knowledgable, honest, responsive, and gets the job done! I'm convinced he was instrumental in getting our refi to go through in a timely manner without complications. He offered us the #1 most competitive rate in a hot market and we closed before the rates went up. He made it happen, went above and beyond, whilst personally dealing with underwriting for us. I won't even call another loan officer on my next deal as I explicitly trust Rohan. Loan Depot had comparable interest rates with one other lender, but it was Rohan that reached out to me, was the most professional, and did what he said he would do.
