Rose began her banking career in risk management as a financial analyst. Her primary responsibilities included underwriting loans for commercial businesses and real estate and evaluating credit ratings for quality assurance. After 15 years working at Bank of Texas, Capital One, and Citibank, Rose decided to obtain her real estate license to pursue a full-time career in real estate. Rose’s interest in real estate began when she became a first-time homebuyer at 24. Her Dad steered her to save for a down payment and buy instead of rent during the Great Recession when homes were heavily discounted. In 2023, her home indicated a 150% return on investment (ROI). Instead of selling the home for a sizeable profit, she paid off her mortgage in 10 years. She gifted her house to her parents, fulfilling a family goal of building equity and creating a path to generational wealth. She has a passion for helping others do the same. She knows firsthand what it takes to be a homeowner and provides a realistic outlook of what to expect as a buyer or seller. She understands that each client has unique needs and strives to curate an experience specific to their situation.
