Rated 5.0 This was the best experience I have ever had w an insurance company!! My agent was very helpful there were several cars I had him give me a quote for during our first conversation. He told me if there was anything else I needed to text or call him. So as I found other cars I was interested in I would text him the vin# and min later he would text back what my monthly rate would be. I informed him that I needed to save as much money as possible. Thankfully I did! He gave me the paperless discount and added renters insurance which caused my rate to go down. My agent let me know if at anytime I needed anything he would make himself available. I stopped by to say hello just before Christmas because I was in the area, even tho they were closing up for their holiday weekend as soon as they seen me they were very welcoming offered me eggnog and asked about my holiday plans. I am a customer for life because of Ross & his team.
