S&W Construction was founded in 1984 by Sandra and Wayne Tennison. Today we are still a family owned business that provides superior construction and management services. We build retail shopping centers, convenience stores, car washes, restaurants, senior living, hotels, medical facilities and more. In addition to general contracting and construction management, we also provide excavation, concrete, masonry and underground utility services. Our foundation, built on quality and integrity. Combined that with 30+ years of experience, assures you of total satisfaction from the beginning to the end of your project.Bryan Tennison, owner and President of S&W grew up in the residential and commercial construction business. He began his professional career adding commercial development, eventually taking over the family business in 1989. Bryan currently employees over 130 people. For more than 28 years, he has prided himself in having low turnover and utilizing the same subcontractors year after year.
